This project included the construction of a 4-story, 145-room Homewood Suites. The hotel includes an outdoor pool, outside patio, billiards room, outdoor barbeque, bocce ball court, fitness center and business center.

Built on an existing landfill, special considerations were necessary for all underground utilities and structural footings.
